I would be lying to you if I said I’m not super super excited about this movie. For the same reason why I enjoyed Watchmen, Kick-Ass takes a different approach to comic books. However, instead of going for a sense of realism or humanism, this particular comic took the path that any male within the 13 – 40 year-old demographic would enjoy: Over the top violence. The movie is based on the comic book of the same name about a teenager that decides to go out and fight crime as a masked vigilante and meets others who do the same. One of those people in particular is a little girl who goes by the name of Hit-Girl. Now before you write this movie off or put on your skeptical face, check out the trailer below.
