He’s baaaack! Accuweather.com weatherman Jim Kosek, whose hero is apparently 1990′s Jim Carey, has overacted himself in another weather report. Although the follow-up storm was no where near as bad as the original Snowtorious B.I.G. storm, Jim sure made it sound like the world was ending again.
